About Crescent Spring Condominiums & Official Documents

Crescent Spring Condominiums offers residents 'The Condo Life' of a low maintenance lifestyle with affordable amenities.  Its location in the heart of Crescent Hill and park setting are a couple of amazing features that set this complex apart from others.

Crescent Spring Condominiums are right off Frankfort Avenue so you can walk to some of the best restaurants, coffee and shopping in the city.  Cherokee park, the Highlands, grocery stores, I-64 and access to downtown are just a few minutes away as well.  This entire Louisville condo neighborhood is somewhat secluded even though it is right in the center of the historic Clifton area.  The setting at Crescent Spring feels more like a park than a neighborhood.  Right in the middle of the complex is Ledgeview Park which includes a beautiful swimming pool with tiered decks surrounding, natural foliage in every corner, a volleyball court and a tennis court.  Ledgeview Park also offers a number of different gathering spaces, as well as a natural spring and beautiful rock wall.

The Crescent Spring Condominium complex was established in 1981 and consist of sixteen buildings that contain individual units varying from 513 square feet up to 1321 square feet.  The one and two bedroom units feature various amenities such as skylights, scenic park views, lofts and fire places.  The Crescent Spring Home Owners Association actively tends to the ongoing complex maintenance and needs of the residents.
